Normal delivery time: goods purchased before 18.30 from Monday to Thursday will arrive at the parcel machine no later than the next day after the sales contract enters into force. Orders placed after 18.30 will be delivered to the parcel machine no later than the day after. Goods purchased from Friday to Sunday will arrive at the parcel machine no later than 3 days after the date of entry into force of the sales contract.
The parcel will arrive at the island parcel machines within 4 working days from the date of entry into force of the sales contract.
The customer will be informed of the arrival of the goods at the parcel machine by SMS message, which contains a unique door code to open the parcel machine door. NB! SMS notifications will only be sent to Estonian phone numbers.
NB! Orders containing several products may also receive several different shipments – depending on the time of dispatch from the warehouse of the goods you have ordered, the parcels may arrive on different days.
